Our Brief

The particular apartment type was not selling – within the development, they still had a significant number of the unit types to sell. The developer sought us out to furnish this apartment type to maximise the potential buyers would see in this apartment type.

We designed and installed a furniture package to suit the apartments aesthetics for buyers to be able to envision themselves living the lifestyle on offer. We provided a modern and inviting furniture concept, delivered, installed and styled. The sales apartment increased the sales of the type of apartment and the developer opted to sell the furniture package with the apartment.
