Update a sales display apartment with new furniture pieces and create a design concept that worked better with the apartments design aesthetics. The current sales display had random furniture pieces from different sales displays and need to be re-designed to suit the high-end apartment to allow for the apartment to be sold to potential buyers
Our Brief
The apartments furniture design did not suit the high-end apartment aesthetics. The apartment type was not attractive to buyers because of the presentation and needed to be restyled to reflect the high end, luxury apartment living.
We used the items we could, to re-design the apartment in a cost-effective way, whilst maximising the potential of the design with new styling ideas and pieces to work better in with the amazing finishes of the development.
We were looking for a fresh look that reflected the quality and lifestyle The One Bulimba project offered.
Amy was assigned the task and was asked to work in with items of furniture that were chosen for a different location and within a certain time. Amy’s idea bought the vision to life and creatively connected the old with the new adding value to the property whilst achieving this in a cost-effective manner.
The styling not only complimented the display, but it also appealed to the demographic of our target market.
Once Amy was briefed, she worked seamlessly and efficiently to completing the task.
Her work was constantly complimented and as a result Amy received further referrals.
